Staffmark Group is hiring a CDL A flatbed driver for a local route based in Hagerstown, MD. Earn $27.00-$28.00 per hour with an early morning start, and you’ll be home on weekends with weekly pay and benefits.

Typical duties include local deliveries across Baltimore, Washington DC, and Virginia, securing loads, using a forklift for loading/unloading, and returning home daily after finishing the route. CDL-A, DOT card, and FMCSA Clearinghouse clearance required.

Job Duties

• Make local deliveries throughout Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Virginia
• Transport hardwood lumber, plywood, moldings, and related wood products
• Properly strap and secure loads before transport
• Load and unload freight using a forklift
• Safely operate CDL A flatbed or curtain-side equipment
• Complete scheduled deliveries to commercial customers
• Return home daily after completing your route

Driving Requirements

• 22+ years of age
• Valid CDL-A license
• Strapping experience
• Able to drive a manual truck
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
