Job summary

Reworld is seeking a CDL A Driver to support daily transportation and site operations at our Milwaukee facility. This hands-on role combines local driving with facility operations, offering variety and the chance to gain experience across multiple aspects of the business.

You’ll operate on local routes, assist with loading/unloading, and support yard activities. The candidate will have a valid CDL A with tanker endorsement, at least 2 years of CDL experience, and the ability to maneuver trailers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Experience operating manual transmission trucks.
• Ability to safely maneuver trailers in yard and industrial environments.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Previous yard jockey, terminal, waste, tanker, transportation, or industrial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on local routes and landfill runs.
• Move trailers and equipment throughout the facility yard.
• Operate tanker and van body equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers and tankers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complete required DOT and company documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to support daily facility activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform additional facility and operational duties as assigned.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation related to transportation activities, vehicle inspections, and facility operations.
• Maintain accurate logs, manifests, inspection reports, and other operational records.
• Assist with loading and unloading tankers, trailers, and other equipment as needed.
• Support day-to-day yard operations, including trailer staging and movement.
• Work closely with operations, maintenance, and transportation teams to ensure efficient workflow throughout the facility.
