GXO Logistics, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a CDL Class A Driver – Home Daily. This local role runs Friday–Monday, 9:00pm–7:30am, delivering goods with a focus on safety and on‑time service.

Base pay starts at $30.50 per hour, plus overtime and a $3 per hour shift premium. You will drive tractors and box trucks, assist with loading/unloading, perform inspections, and communicate with dispatch to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with 6 months of experience operating the same type of equipment in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors pulling 53- foot trailers or box trucks on site and local roads.
• Assist with loading and unloading from docks.
• Safely drive and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.

Base pay rates starting at $30.50 per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week and a $3 per hour shift premium.

About The Role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily. These are shuttle runs moving products between buildings on the same campus or nearby locations.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Drive tractors pulling 53-foot trailers and box trucks in and around the site or on public roads
• Touch freight position assisting in loading from the dock and unloading on the dock.
• Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices
• Perform routine inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch

What You’ll Need To Succeed At GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

• 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A current valid Class A driver’s license and a safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
