Local CDL-A Driver Wanted - $5,500 Sign On Bonus!

Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs, transporting product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment, replenishing, facing, and rotating product, building and taking down displays, maintaining signage, cleaning, and securing damaged products.
• Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting issues.
• Evaluate and process damaged or defective products, re-pack products, and organize backroom materials.
• Operate powered and manual equipment, complete store documentation, and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with store and company personnel about status and concerns, identify unsafe conditions, and attend required training.
• Follow all safety policies, laws, and utilize mobile devices for work activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing consumer and store personnel inquiries and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old and have six months of relevant work experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• One year of experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
• Straddle stacker and pallet jack certifications.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for at least 6 hours, walk at least 4 miles per day.
• Ability to read small to large print, with accommodations if needed.
