Job summary

Central Transport is seeking home daily overnight linehaul drivers based in New Orleans. The role involves leaving from the New Orleans terminal, driving to another Central Transport facility, and returning home daily.

Role emphasizes reliability and on-time service to strengthen partnerships and support growth. A competitive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• No DUI within last 5 years (no more than 1 in a lifetime).
• Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen and hair follicle test.

Responsibilities

• Operate home-daily overnight linehaul routes starting from New Orleans and returning to the home terminal.
• Deliver reliable, on-time service to support customer expectations and partnerships.
