Job summary

Central Transport is hiring a home daily overnight linehaul driver based in Houston. You will start from a local terminal, run to another Central Transport facility, and return home each day, supporting a reliable on-time network.

Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, HazMat/Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain within 60 days, and a clean driving record. A DOT drug screen and hair follicle test are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 Months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• No DUI’s within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime).
• Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test.

Responsibilities

• Leave from Houston, drive to another Central Transport facility, and return to your home terminal.
• Deliver reliable, on-time linehaul service daily to support network operations.
