Job summary

Ryder in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local routes (within 300 miles), home daily. You’ll drive a day cab, 53' dry van, with no-touch freight and comprehensive training provided.

Compensation includes weekly pay starting around $1,385+, plus signing and safety bonuses, paid training, PTO from day one, 401(k) with company match, uniforms and tools allowance. Schedule options: Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+
• CDL required with appropriate endorsements
• Ability to pass drug test and motor vehicle check
• DOT physical and road test required
• Verifiable tractor-trailer experience as specified
• Ability to follow instructions and laws/regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Load/unload freight if required
• Perform other duties as assigned
