Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a Local Driver in Savannah, GA. Earn $26.00–$29.00 per hour with OT, weekdays, and home daily. Deliver and retrieve trailers within 100 miles, drop and hook with no touch freight, and operate an automatic day cab pulling a 53' dry van.

Requirements include 1 year CDL-A experience, be at least 23, have a valid CDL, pass a DOT physical, and a clean PSP/DOT record. Benefits include competitive pay, time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within the past year.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must possess a valid CDL to operate a CMV.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a DOT-approved physician.
• No record of disqualification to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.
• PSP scores of 10 or below in past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
• Experience in logistics/warehouse/OTR preferred.
• Reads/writes/speaks English proficiently.

Responsibilities
