Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Local Driver based in Savannah, GA. You will handle local truckload deliveries and pick up trailers within 100 miles of Savannah. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity for a long-term career.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within the past year.
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician.
• No record of being disqualified to drive.
• Successful completion of a DOT road test.

Responsibilities

• Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook.
• Deliver and pick up trailers within 100mi of Savannah.
• Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 8-12 hour shifts.
