Job summary

Menards is seeking Local CDL A Drivers – Home Daily to deliver dedicated freight from the Distribution Center to Menards stores within a 300-mile radius and return to the Distribution Center. The role includes pre-trip/post-trip DOT checks and maintaining compliance, while providing excellent service to stores and the Distribution Center.

Two shifts are available: 1st shift (3AM to 3PM or 4AM to 4PM) and 2nd shift (3PM to 3AM or 4PM to 4AM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver drop and hook, no touch freight to store and return to the Distribution Center with backhaul trailer
• Maintain DOT compliance including pre-trip and post-trip checks, logging, and informing Transportation of equipment issues
• Provide outstanding service to Distribution Center and stores with a high level of professionalism
• Maintain a consistent schedule and work positively with fellow drivers
