Auto Wares Group in Madison, WI is actively hiring for a full-time CDL B (or A) Local Truck Driver. You will load freight at our distribution center, transport goods to store locations, and unload upon arrival. This role emphasizes safe driving, attention to detail, and customer service with a daily home schedule.

The position requires a valid CDL license, DOT Medical Card, and Hazmat Endorsement (or the ability to obtain in 90 days). Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11pm-7am, times may vary.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B or A license.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain in 90 days.
• Clean driving record with minimal violations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely loads, delivers and unloads each customer's orders and records deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks.
• Maintain load manifests and vehicle documents; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift as needed; unload at stores.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with management about issues.
