Job summary

Salt City Trucking in the New York area is seeking a Class A CDL driver for a dedicated local route delivering fresh and frozen groceries. You will work within Hudson Valley and surrounding markets, with home daily and 15+ stops per week.

Expect mostly no-touch freight, two loads per day or one longer load, and potential support for other accounts 2–3 days weekly. Uniforms provided and newer equipment are maintained by the account.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license and DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Strong customer service and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries on local routes.
• Operate 46'–53' reefer trailers with no-touch/few-touch freight.
• Maintain safety, logs, and professional communication with customers.
