Qualifications

• Valid CDL with applicable vehicle type.
• Successful completion of a road test.
• Knowledge of FMCSA safety and drug/alcohol rules.
• Ability to meet FMCSA and company qualification standards.
• Proof of clean MVR in line with regulations.
• Basic math and measurement skills for load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles over 26,001 lbs. for local deliveries and pickups.
• Adhere to safety procedures and cargo securement requirements.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain DVIR logs.
• Use an electronic logging device (ELD) for daily activities.
• Read bills of lading and manifests to confirm details.
• Communicate with yard, drivers, and customers to coordinate routes.
