Job summary

Penske in Washington state is seeking a Full-time Apprentice Class A CDL Truck Driver. You will operate late-model Penske trucks, transporting palletized grocery freight to WA and OR and returning home daily. Overtime applies after 40 hours, with a 5-day work week and weekends required.

The role requires a CDL Class A, Penske-approved CDL school graduation, English proficiency, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Penske approved CDL School or U.S. Armed Forces member.
• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in home state.
• DOT medical card current; able to undergo background checks and drug screen.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with ≤2 moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency as required by法规.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized grocery freight throughout WA and OR.
• Handle light-touch freight with electric pallet jack; no hand unload.
• Home daily with a 5-day work week and weekends required.
