Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Local CDL-A Driver in Mankato, MN. You will operate a company truck, work with the dispatch team, and ensure timely, safe deliveries to local routes.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL and 2+ years of experience in tractor-trailer operation. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and performance bonuses. Schedule is Tue–Sat, with some weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 24 months of Class A tractor/trailer driving experience in last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in last 3 years.
• No FMCSA/DOT violations in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly.
• Adjust to local travel conditions and road closures.
• Answer customer questions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Communicate delivery issues to management and dispatch.
• Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries.
• Maintain assigned truck in clean and working condition.
