Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Local CDL-A Driver in Mankato, MN. You will work with our dispatch team, navigate local routes, and deliver goods on a consistent schedule. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer interactions.

The position offers early start times (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat), with pay of 0.676–0.712 CPM plus stop pay, and potential weekend shifts. Growth opportunities exist within a growing company focused on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 24 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations or convictions in the last 3 years.
• No DOT/ FMCSA clearinghouse violations in the last 5 years.
• Must pass DOT drug/alcohol screen and DOT medical exam.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-assigned Class A truck safely and responsibly.
• Adapt to local travel conditions and schedules.
• Answer customer questions with professionalism.
• Communicate delivery issues to management.
• Collaborate with dispatch to plan routes and track deliveries.
• Maintain the assigned truck in clean and working condition.
