10-4 Truck Recruiting seeks entry‑level CDL A drivers in New Jersey for local, regional, OTR, lease purchase, and owner operator positions. We provide training and support to help you succeed, then propel you to solo driving as you gain confidence and experience.

Requirements: valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120 hours of truck driving school, and readiness to begin CDL training for 4–6 weeks at $850 weekly (then mileage pay). Home time varies by lane; weekend and night shifts available.

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school instruction.
• Recent graduates/no experience should be ready to start CDL training for 4–6 weeks at $850 weekly.
