10-4 Truck Recruiting is hiring CDL A drivers for OTR, regional and local lanes. Recent graduates with no experience are welcomed and will begin with mentor training for 10 days at $75 per day, followed by base mileage pay.

Experienced drivers with verifiable OTR experience are also encouraged to apply. Lane details include OTR solo dry van, no touch freight, home time every 1–2 weeks, and a Monday–Saturday schedule with a weekly 34‑hour reset.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Candidates must be 21 years or older.
• Graduates from a verifiable Truck Driving School within last 12 months with no prior trucking employment.
• Recent grads must complete mentor training for 10 days, paid $75 per day.
• Experienced drivers: minimum 3 months OTR in past year with proof of accredited school or carrier program.

Responsibilities

• OTR Solo Dry Van - No Touch Freight.
• Home time every 1–2 weeks; typically out 1–2 weeks at a time.
• Shift runs Mon–Sat with a 34‑hour reset every Sunday.
• Experience-based mileage pay: 0.35 CPM – 0.65 CPM.
• Average weekly gross: $1,000–$1,200.
• Average weekly mileage: 2,500+ miles.
• Stop pay: $15 per stop; Layovers: $75 per 24‑hour period.
