Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Foodservice distribution experience preferred.
• Onboard computer/eLog system experience (PeopleNet).
• Hand-held POD scanning experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT rules and safety guidelines; report hazards.
• Inspect trailer, verify loads, and complete freight paperwork.
• Unload damaged goods and handle returns, finalize paperwork.
• Maintain daily logs per DOT/state rules.
• Uphold safety standards throughout the delivery process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with company policies and standards.
