Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS is hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account running VA and WV lanes. Get home daily, and earn a base rate tailored to your experience.

Average weekly pay is $1,450 with bonuses including a $2,500 sign-on; stop pay $20 per stop and unload pay $55 per full trailer unload. Daily slip-seat operation with night/weekend shifts and ~490 miles per haul.

This role offers consistent home time and reliable earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 3 months solo driving experience (verifiable).

Experience-Based Base Pay Structure (CPM):

• 0–12 Months Experience:$0.53 CPM
• 12–36 Months Experience:$0.55 CPM
• 37–60 Months Experience:$0.56 CPM
• 61+ Months Experience:$0.58 CPM

AVERAGE WEEKLY PAY: $1450.00

Additional Earnings & Bonuses:

• Sign-On Bonus:$2,500.00 to jumpstart your transition
• Stop Pay:$20.00 per stop (includes the first stop)
• Unload Pay:$55.00 per full trailer unload (100% touch freight using provided powered pallet jacks)

Route, Schedule & Duties:

• Home Time:Home daily!
• Schedule:Steady night and weekend shifts.
• Volume:Averaging 4 loads per week (~2,000 miles) with an average length of haul around 490 miles.
• Operation:Daily slip-seat operation. Drivers safely operate a CDL-A vehicle, manage storefront unloading with provided power equipment (full training included), and maintain accurate ELD logs.

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Physical capability to handle trailer unloading utilizing powered pallet jacks.
