Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is currently hiring for a dedicated Class A CDL driver on a regional lane with frequent home time and high unload pay. This role offers multiple earnings avenues, including unload pay and weekly bonuses, with fully paid orientation and route training to set you up for success.

Expect 100% touch freight and consistent miles on a dedicated regional route, with home time 3–4 times per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Full physical capability to handle manual, heavy touch freight unloads.
• Strong customer service focus and a patient, professional attitude.
• A doubles endorsement is highly preferred, but we can work with you if you don't have it yet.
• Clean MVR and clean background check; SAP-friendly environment not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers at delivery stops (100% touch freight).
• Maintain a professional customer service posture during deliveries.
• Complete onboarding with paid orientation and route training.

We are immediately hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional run out of Harrisonburg, VA. If you want a job where your paycheck directly reflects your effort, this account offers multiple stacked earning avenues including unload pay and weekly run bonuses, paired with frequent home time.

Stacked Earnings & Pay Structure

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,300+ gross per week, with top-tier runners taking home up to $2,000+ weekly.
• High-Value Unload Pay: Earn a flat $265 for every single trailer you unload.
• Weekly Performance Bonus: Take home an extra $125 every week just for staying productive.
• Backhaul Extra Pay: Get paid $35 for every backhaul completed.
• $2,500 Transition Bonus: High-value sign-on bonus paid out to keep your pockets full during onboarding.

Route, Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Highly frequent home time- expect to be home 3 to 4 times every single week instead of just on weekends.
• The Route: Dedicated regional lanes with incredibly steady freight and consistent, predictable miles.
• The Labor: 100% touch freight. This is an active role where you will handle trailer unloads at delivery stops.
• Onboarding: We set you up for success with fully paid orientation and route training.
