Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Georgia is hiring dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using a positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Qualifications include 21+ years old, valid CDL A, ability to read and speak English, and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older.
• Valid Class A CDL with insurability standards.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and complete records.
• Ability to lift, push or move weights 40–60 lbs, up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.
• 1 year customer delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route.
• Manually unload/deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries and supplies to customers.
• Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude and meet needs and expectations.
