Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Midland, TX is seeking a Local Delivery Driver on a combination route to service retailers along a fixed schedule. You will drive, load, and unload, deliver, stock shelves, and build rapport with customers.

Starting pay is $28.14 per hour with a raise to $29.60 after six months; no prior experience required and hands-on training provided. Local routes, early start, OT possible; CDL A preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retailers on a set route.
• Unload products using hand dolly or pallet jack.
• Stock shelves and coolers as requested by customers.
• Build rapport with customers and provide good service.
• Follow training and safety procedures on the job.
