Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Local Delivery Driver for Midland, TX. This role focuses on delivering products to retailers on a fixed route, with hands-on training provided on hire. You will unload, stock shelves, and build rapport with customers while staying active throughout the shift.

Local route work begins early each morning Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend flexibility as needed. CDL A may be required later.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, customer service oriented and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Able to engage with customers and build rapport on delivery routes.
• Physically fit to lift, push and pull items repeatedly and handle manual unloading.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retailers on a local route and unload with hand dolly or pallet jack.
• Stock shelves and coolers as requested by customers and maintain clean displays.
• Interact with customers and establish good working relationships on a daily basis.
