Job summary

US FOODS Delivery Driver in California is responsible for delivering meats, produce, frozen goods, and supplies to customers on scheduled routes. You will unload using a hand truck, place items in storage, and ensure accurate deliveries while maintaining safety and reliability.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid CDL A with endorsements and DOT qualifications, and have a high school diploma (preferred). Prior driving experience in food delivery is a plus; the role offers benefits and overtime

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with appropriate endorsements if required.
• No more than two traffic convictions in the last two years; no DUI in the last three years; no suspensions in the last three years.
• Minimum six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in food/beverage delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations on scheduled routes.
• Unload products using a hand truck and place them in customer storage areas.
• Occasionally lift items up to 80 pounds.
• Make frequent stops and verify deliveries with customers.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety procedures.
