Gordon Food Service in Avondale, PA is seeking a Local CDL A Delivery Driver to build relationships with customers and deliver food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Day shifts and local routes mean you’ll be home every day.

Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply. You’ll unload cases up to 100 lbs, start early at 3–5 AM, and may work Saturdays as available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply.
• Must pass a drug test and background check per DOT and company standards.
• DOT driving requirements and a clean record as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers such as restaurants, schools, hospitals and universities.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs; use ramp and two-wheeler during shift.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain daily home time.
• Follow schedule: five days per week with start times 3:00–5:00 AM; optional Saturdays.
