Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to service Chesterfield, MI and nearby customers. You will deliver food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals and other institutions, with day shifts and local routes that keep you home every day.

Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply. You must hold a Class A CDL, be able to read/write English, pass a pre-employment drug test, and meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL at hire.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 lbs.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers such as restaurants, schools, hospitals and more.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp and two-wheeler.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide reliable local service.
