Paragon Logistics LLC in Liberty, MO is hiring Non-DOT Van Drivers (no CDL required) for our XL delivery team. You’ll deliver heavy items to customers’ homes while working with a safety-focused crew and staying local to return home each night.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid U.S. driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Able to lift and move heavy packages with a partner
• Clean and responsible driving history
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company cargo vans and follow traffic and safety laws
• Deliver heavy and bulky items (50-85+ lbs) to customer homes with a partner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely, damage-free deliveries
• Use handheld devices for navigation, routing, and delivery management
• Support teammates with rescues or additional deliveries as required
