Job summary

Paragon Logistics LLC is seeking DSP XL Delivery Helpers to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in Liberty, MO. You will assist with safe handling and delivery of oversized packages, loading and unloading at customer homes, and using handheld devices for routing updates.

Qualifications

Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70+lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs with partner)
Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs. with team lift)
Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed
