Job summary

Paragon Logistics LLC is hiring Box Truck Drivers to deliver and install major appliances and large items directly to customers’ homes in Liberty, MO. You will operate a 26ft box truck (non-CDL) and partner with a teammate to ensure safe, efficient, in-home installations following Safe Handling Practices.

Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime, weekly direct deposits, and comprehensive benefits. Paid training and safety certifications are provided to support growth and safe driving.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license: Class E, A, B, or C CDL accepted.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and move up to 85–300 lbs safely.
• Must pass a background check and MVR.
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26ft box truck to deliver major appliances and bulky items to customers’ homes.
• Use appliance dollies, straps, and pads to move items safely.
• Plan safe delivery paths and communicate with the delivery partner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver & Install Major Appliances with safety and professionalism.
• Follow all Safety Standards and company policies.
