Paragon Logistics is hiring for a local delivery driver role based in Liberty, MO. You will operate a 26' box truck with a standard license, delivering heavy and bulky items to customers on local routes. Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid U.S. driver’s license (Class E in MO).
• Must have or obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Physically able to lift/move 50-250 lbs. with a partner.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background/MVR check.
• Basic English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a DOT-regulated 26 box truck, following traffic and safety laws.
• Work with a helper to load, deliver, and install heavy/bulky items (appliances, furniture, TVs).
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure deliveries are completed on time and damage-free.
• Use mobile tools and handheld devices to manage routes and deliveries.
• Problem-solve challenges on routes and assist other teams if needed.
