Premier ProduceOne is seeking a hands-on Box Truck Driver for our Columbus, OH location. You will safely operate a box truck, load and unload produce, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. Local travel is frequent, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; food service, hospitality, or sales experience a plus

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck to deliver produce to assigned locations
• Load and unload produce, ensuring proper handling to maintain quality
• Verify delivery accuracy with invoices and customer orders
• Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation
• Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding schedules and delivery updates
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed (loading, organizing pallets, etc.)
