Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Driver to support healthcare routes in the Stow, OH area. The role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work serving hospitals and healthcare professionals.

The driver will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, maintain DOT logs, and deliver top‑notch customer service on local routes with a 4×10 schedule (5 AM to ~3 PM). A $3k sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Ability to complete Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Manage local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain DOT logs.
• Ensure on-time deliveries with professional customer service.
