Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Non-CDL Driver to support healthcare routes in the Stow, OH area. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, delivering top-tier service to hospitals and healthcare facilities along your local route.

The role offers consistent daytime hours, local routes, and meaningful work with a 40-hour week. A $3k sign-on bonus is available for new hires, with $1k after 30 days and $2k after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating 26' box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks.
• Manage local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections.
• Load and unload containers (heavy lifting).
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional service.
