Job summary

Victory Final Mile in Spokane and North Idaho is seeking a Driver & Installer who can provide top-tier White Glove delivery and professional installation of appliances and furniture. You will navigate local routes, including winter mountain driving, and partner with a driver helper to ensure every delivery is a 5-star experience.

We value a proven driving history on 24–26 ft box trucks, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 24–26' box trucks.
• Proven ability to provide courteous, professional service.
• Able to work without micromanagement and meet delivery SLAs.
• Willing to obtain or maintain DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver & Install: Provide White Glove delivery and installation of appliances and furniture.
• Navigate: Drive local routes in Spokane and North Idaho (including winter conditions).
• Lead: Partner with a driver helper to ensure a 5-star delivery experience.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven time behind the wheel of 24-26' box trucks.
• Winter Skills: You're a pro in the snow and know how to throw chains when the North Idaho passes get rough.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 100 lbs unassisted (we have dollies, but the hustle is real).
• Credentials: Current DOT Medical Card (or able to get one by start date)
• Attitude: Energetic, positive, and great with customers.
