Job summary

Victory Final Mile is hiring a Driver & Installer to perform white-glove delivery and installation of appliances and furniture in Spokane and North Idaho. Shifts run 10–12 hours and you will work with a driver helper to ensure a 5-star customer experience.

We are a family-owned team that values safety, training, and hard work. You should have 24–26' box truck experience, winter driving skills, the ability to lift 100 lbs, and a valid DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 24–26' box trucks.
• Winter driving and chain-placing skills.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs unassisted.
• Current DOT Medical Card or able to obtain by start date.
• Energetic, positive attitude with customers.

Responsibilities

• Navigate local routes in Spokane and North Idaho, including winter driving.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver & Install: Provide "White Glove" delivery and installation of appliances and furniture. 10-12 hour shifts
• Navigate: Drive local routes in Spokane and North Idaho (yes, including winter/mountain driving).
• Lead: Partner with a driver helper to ensure every delivery is a 5-star experience.

• Experience: Proven time behind the wheel of 24-26' box trucks.
• Winter Skills: You’re a pro in the snow and know how to throw chains when the North Idaho passes get rough.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 100 lbs unassisted (we have dollies, but the hustle is real).
• Credentials: Current DOT Medical Card (or able to get one by start date)
