Boise Route Works, LLC is hiring delivery drivers to join our last-mile team delivering packages across the Treasure Valley. You will provide friendly customer service, handle packages safely, and maintain on-time performance in a fast-paced route.

The role requires 21+ years, ability to pass background and drug tests, read/write English, and a simple driving test (no CDL). Weekend work is required. Competitive wages and strong driver perks are offered.

Boise Route Works, LLC is a logistics company contracted to deliver packages throughout the Treasure Valley. We are the "last mile" delivery, getting packages to the residences and businesses who rely on our ability to deliver on time.

Believe it or not, PEAK season is approaching! We are ramping up our hiring efforts, and seeking exceptional delivery drivers that can meet our high standards of customer experience and demands for accountability. Here is a tidbit about what we are looking for:

• You must be a customer experience pro: This means that you have to be the type of person that can deliver packages with a smile, listen to any issues and work to resolve those issues.
• You must be an amazingly hard worker willing to work until the job is done.
• You must be trustworthy and reliable. We are a 7 days a week, 361 days a year operation and we need reliable people whom we can trust to show up and do what they are supposed to do without hesitation.
• You must possess an "I can help with that" attitude. There very few problems that cannot be resolved in this position. We need people that are capable and willing to engage issues found on the route and work to resolve them.
• You must be willing to learn from and teach the people around you.
• Must must have the physical ability to perform the job. We routinely lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs as well as continually twist, climb and bend throughout the day.
• Must be willing to work one weekend day.
