Job summary

Lapels Laundromat & Dry Cleaning – East Boston, MA is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our commercial, residential, and pickup & delivery business and help develop our Lapels-owned delivery van and route program.

You will prospect new customers, build relationships with local businesses, learn our ordering platforms, and help create efficient systems for processing and delivering services.

Qualifications

• Sales, business development, hospitality, or account-development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new customers, including apartment communities, hotels, restaurants, and local businesses.
• Develop relationships with community organizations, hospitality businesses, and referral partners.
• Promote Lapels services and cross-promote delivery options to hotels and partners.
• Conduct outreach through in-person visits, calls, email, networking, and events.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track prospects, accounts, and revenue.
