Triangle Fastener Corporation in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to serve as the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. You will support both individual customers and the Outside Sales team by managing quotes, orders, and daily customer service to keep projects on track and clients returning.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales (or related) and are fluent in Spanish, with a high school diploma or associates degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• Demonstrably conversational in Spanish.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely customer service.
• Work closely with Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff daily.
