Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandiser to cover Bothell, Edmonds, Lynnwood and Mukilteo in Washington. This full-time role focuses on stocking and rotating beverages, building displays, and delivering exceptional customer service in retail accounts. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and weekend availability are required.

Pay ranges $22.00–$23.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and holidays. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smart phone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate beverage products in stores, filling and rotating product in cold boxes, shelves, and building displays with POS as necessary.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route; Merchandisers do not transport product in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and Sales teams.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of timekeeping; follow state labor laws for breaks.
