Overview

Merchandiser - Bothell/Edmonds/Lynnwood/Mukilteo, Bothell, WA

This is a full-time merchandising role supporting Columbia Distributing in coordinating product placement, stock rotation, and customer service at retail accounts. The position collaborates with Delivery, Sales, and retail partners to ensure beverages are ready for sale after delivery.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate product in back stock, on shelves, and in displays, handling cases, bottles, and cans of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale or storage.
• Fill and rotate product in cold boxes and dry shelves; build and maintain displays with POS materials as necessary.
• Drive a personal vehicle on an assigned route only for attendance or related tasks as directed; do not transport product in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts and develop positive, cooperative relationships with co-workers, Supervisors, Managers, and store personnel.
• Communicate directly with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping, adhering to state labor laws for breaks and hours worked.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company core values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
• Work independently and as part of a team; manage multiple tasks and meet productivity deadlines.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Work mostly indoors in accounts with occasional outdoor work.
• Lift/carry up to 60 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs with equipment; frequent bending and climbing stairs; operate in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Must be able to drive/operate a vehicle for driving positions and operate manual, non-powered equipment.

Hours & Travel

This is a full-time position with days/hours varying and may include overtime. Availability to work both weekend days is required. Local travel is required; regional travel may be requested.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour. Actual compensation packages depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and certifications.
