Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is recruiting for a Driver non-CDL to deliver pre-ordered products along assigned routes on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires loading and unloading, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of delivery experience, a valid license as required by state, and the ability to operate pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route. Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards.
• Utilize computer technology to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and meets customer’s expectations through communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow-up.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures including DOT regulations.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
