• Move, traverse, and position self to reach corners on floors and high places; navigate carts up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure stay is going well.
• Work as a team to keep resort/hotel clean.
• Walk assigned floors at start and end of shift to collect bags, trash and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill linen on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas including bathrooms, lounges and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas following SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas to proper locations.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
