Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, is hiring for a Housekeeper on our Carmel, IN property located on a corporate campus with single occupancy rooms.

You will join a team focused on exceptional cleanliness and guest comfort, engaging with guests, maintaining supplies, and following safety and Green Program standards.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked
• Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program
• Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, and properly reporting as found
• Respect for guests’ property should always be exercised
• Responsible care of equipment
• Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule, to maintain accurate time records
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and co-workers always
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor
