The Crescent Hotels Group in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping associate. You will thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and floors, dust furniture, polish metal surfaces, and restock supplies while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Adaptability is key: you must maintain safety standards, assist guests with directions, and be available on a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or public area experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents by extending arms overhead to reach all above areas.
• Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending and stooping as needed.
• Thoroughly clean and polish all metal surfaces, applying pressure in repeated motion.
• Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
• Monitor cleanliness throughout assigned shift
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues
• Assist guests with directions or basic inquiries
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending and stooping as needed.
