Job summary

Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star in Frisco, TX is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to Omni standards. The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction in a vibrant, upscale setting.

You will clean, stock, and service rooms and spaces, assist guests with requests, and support a team focused on high-quality service during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift light loads.
• Must communicate effectively in English with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and stocks linen room and supply closets to par levels.
• Empties linens and garbage hourly as needed.
• Cleans and services offices and keeps corridors tidy.
• Moves furniture and supplies as required and completes guest requests.
• Vacuums daily and cleans walls, doors, floors, and fixtures.
• Replaces light bulbs and maintains cleanliness of restrooms and public areas.
• Maintains professional appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport standards.
• Responds swiftly to emergencies and ensures a safe guest environment.
• Attends department training and performs other duties as assigned.
