Legacy Ventures at the DoubleTree Atlanta Northlake in Tucker, GA is seeking a Part Time Public Area Attendant. This on-site role focuses on cleaning and maintaining all public restrooms and spaces to meet cleanliness standards with attention to detail and safety.

You will greet guests, assist as needed, and promptly address concerns. You will report maintenance issues and help keep storerooms organized in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves in all public spaces.
• Vacuum carpets, upkeep upholstered furniture, wash walls, ceilings, and windows.
• Replenish supplies in the business center and other public areas.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to the disposal area.
• Greet guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, offering assistance when needed.
• Address any guest issues or concerns promptly, taking responsibility to resolve them.
• Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance department through proper channels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storerooms.
• Remove lost and found items from public areas and document them accordingly.
