Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami is seeking a dining runner to transform dining into memorable experiences. You will deliver attentive service and ensure guest needs are anticipated.

Set and maintain tables, serve food and beverages, coordinate with kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and support the team to uphold The Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton. Excellent guest interaction and polished appearance required; prior hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience mentioned as required.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables and service areas to create an inviting, guest-ready environment.
• Serve food and beverages while engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and providing attentive, personalized service.
• Communicate and coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain work areas, equipment, and supplies to established cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Complete additional duties as needed to support guests, the team, and the overall operation.
