Qualifications

• Physically able to bend, stoop and lift heavy objects.
• Reliable and available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lobby maintenance: keep lobby and entrance clean and presentable.
• Plant care: maintain plant pots free of debris.
• Surface cleaning: dust-free tables and surfaces.
• Elevator cleaning: tidy and functioning elevators.
• Public phone maintenance: clean and hygienic public phones.
• Glass cleaning: clean doors and windows for a welcoming entrance.
• Carpet maintenance: vacuum public spaces.
• Waste management: empty trash in reception and public areas.
• Floor maintenance: keep floors clean and dust-free.
• Restroom supervision: stock toilet paper, towels and soap in restrooms.
• Pool area management: stock towels for guest use.
• Guest engagement: interact with guests to build rapport and improve experience.
