Job summary

Our bartenders deliver high-quality service with professionalism, personality, and a genuine desire to help every guest feel at home. Whether it's pouring the perfect glass of wine, crafting a signature cocktail, or recommending a local brew, you’ll make memorable moments every shift.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and state laws.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and surfaces.
• Operate the POS system accurately to process guest payments.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption in line with responsible service standards.
• Collaborate with front desk and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Restock bar inventory and maintain supply levels for efficient operation.
• Create a welcoming environment and foster positive interactions with guests and teammates.
• Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol under Minnesota state law.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability for evening shifts (5:00 PM - 10:00/11:00 PM), including weekends.
• Flexible part-time schedule.
